Residential Case Study
Client – Based in Poole, Dorset, The Bracken Group is a privately owned award-winning, residential and commercial property developer dedicated to providing luxury homes to the property markets of Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire.
Project summary – When the Bracken Group needed a team of roofers, MC Roofing Ltd were employed to undertake the job of completing the roofs on a site of 8 houses. This provided a unique challenge for MC Roofing because there were a wide range of materials used and the tasks involved are not seen on everyday traditional roofs. Nevertheless the MC Roofing team were excited about the opportunity, completed in the planned time scale and to a high standard.
Implementation – As specialists in the roofing industry, MC Roofing provided quality materials and a complete roof programme that included both slate and tile roofs and also single ply Alwitra® flat roofs which were all completed to all manufacturers’ specifications.
The clients were delighted that the roofs were completed within the time frame so that their programme of works could run on smoothly for other contractors. This was a special project for the MC Roofing team as we are so admirable of the luxurious standard of homes completed by The Bracken Group and are thrilled that we could contribute our skills towards it.
