We were appointed to deliver the full flat roofing and architectural aluminium package for the project, ensuring a modern, high-quality finish that complements the building’s contemporary design.

WHAT WE PROVIDED

Harbourwood Homes appointed us to deliver the full flat roofing and aluminium package for SALT. We installed Alwitra Evalon VSK across the flat roof areas, providing a durable, clean-looking system ideal for the coastal setting.

We also fitted bronze aluminium cladding along with white fascia, soffit and cappings to enhance the development’s contemporary design. The combined works create a smart, long-lasting finish for all 14 penthouse flats.
