Commercial Case Study
Client – Westbourne Holdings, needed a roof installation for a new build block incorporating 12 apartments.
Project Summary – In September 2021 MC Roofing were approached to tender for this prestigious new roofing project in Poole High Street. The contract was won due to our competitive pricing and the high reputation the client already had of our previous projects. Work commenced in early October with MC Roofing providing the initial vapour barrier membrane followed quickly by the insulation boarding. As with a previous project in Wimborne this roof comprised an ultra modern Alwitra single ply along with all metal trims and finishes. MC Roofing also completed 14 dormer tops and cheeks and also window trays throughout. The project was completed with box guttering around the entire roof perimeter.
The site is due to be completed in late Winter 2022 and is another successful install from our professional team.
