Residential Case Study
Client – The Bracken Group is a family run business that has been constructing quality homes throughout Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire since 1979.
The Bracken Group employed us once again for their Mandeville Road site in Weymouth, after being extremely impressed with the quality of work we carried out on their Lytchett site. The site has been broken up into two phases and we are currently carrying out works on the second phase, which are a group of larger houses.
The site is located on the top of a hill at the waters edge near Chesil Beach, which provides the new home owners with spectacular views of the bay and Portland.
The Roof coverings installed consist of Interlocking tiles and natural slates on the pitched areas, and Alwitra single ply membranes on the flat roofs.
We have carried out all lead works including flashings, Cheeks and lead welding to the false chimneys.
The bracken group are delighted with how the ongoing works are progressing and we will be updating this case study with more images and videos as the site progresses further.
