We were appointed to deliver the full flat roofing and architectural aluminium package, providing a clean, durable finish that complements the developmentβs sleek architectural style.

WHAT WE PROVIDED
We were appointed by David James Architects to deliver the complete flat roofing and aluminium package for all four blocks at 180. The flat roof areas were finished with Alwitra Evalon VSK, chosen for its proven durability, clean appearance and strong performance in exposed coastal locations.
Our team also supplied and installed aluminium cappings, fascias and soffits to complement the architectural design and ensure long-lasting protection across each building. Together, these systems provide a smart, reliable finish that enhances the overall quality of the development.
